Return to TixFix and check the status
Back on
Settings → Payment & Ticket Fees, the Stripe Account panel shows a green Complete status when everything is in order. What “Complete” means
The Stripe Account panel shows one of two things:- Complete — Stripe has everything it needs. Paid tickets sell and payouts run.
- Incomplete or not connected — Stripe is still waiting on information. Paid tickets cannot be sold. Follow the prompt to finish onboarding.
Stripe sometimes marks an account complete for charging but still needs documents before it will pay out. If sales are working but money isn’t arriving, check your Stripe dashboard for outstanding requirements. See Payouts.
Switch to a different Stripe account
Under the status, the panel reads If you’d like to use a different account, you can unlink the current account.1
Click unlink the current account
Confirm when prompted.
2
Connect the new account
Follow the connect steps above with the Stripe account you want to use.
