Promoter commission is tracked by TixFix but settled by you. The Payouts tab on the Promoters page is where you see what’s owed and record what you’ve paid.

What you owe

The Commission owed card on the Overview tab shows your current liability, labelled Pending payout. Use the Showing for: filter to narrow it to a single event before you pay anyone — otherwise you’re looking at your total across every campaign. Per-promoter amounts are in the COMMISSION column of the roster.

Settle a promoter

1

Go to Promoters and open the Payouts tab

Promoters in the left sidebar, then Payouts.
2

Filter to the event you're settling

Use Showing for: so you’re paying against one campaign at a time.
3

Check the amount against the roster

Confirm the commission figure matches the deal you agreed and the tickets actually sold.
4

Process the payout

Record the payment for that promoter. Their pending balance clears.

Important: this is separate from your Stripe payout

Your ticket revenue reaches your bank through Stripe, with TixFix and Stripe fees already deducted. Promoter commission is not taken out of that. See Payouts.
Because commission isn’t deducted automatically, it’s possible to spend revenue you still owe a promoter. Check Commission owed before treating a payout as profit.

Timing

Settle after the event has run and any refund window has closed. Paying commission on tickets that are later refunded means chasing the money back.
