The Overview tab of the Promoters page is where you watch a campaign while it runs. Open Promoters from the left sidebar.

Filter to one event

The Showing for: control above the summary cards defaults to All events. Switch it to a single event to see just that campaign’s numbers and just the promoters working it. Filtering is the difference between a useful number and a meaningless one — commission owed across all events tells you your total liability, but commission owed on Saturday’s show tells you what to pay this week.

Read the roster

The Promoter Roster table lists each promoter with:
  • PROMOTER — their name.
  • SOLD / CAP — tickets sold against their allocation.
  • SELL-THRU — the percentage of their allocation sold.
  • COMMISSION — earned so far.
  • STATUS — where they are: invited, active, and so on.
  • ACTIONS — the controls for that promoter.
An empty roster shows just the column headers — that’s what you see before anyone has been invited or accepted.

What to do with what you see

  • Someone at 100% sell-through — raise their allocation before the event sells out without them.
  • Someone at 0% a week in — they may not have accepted the invite yet. Check their status before assuming they aren’t working.
  • Total sold well under total allocated — you’re holding inventory back from direct sale for no return. Trim allocations.
Cross-check against your overall numbers in Sales reports.

Settling up

When the event is done, move to the Payouts tab. See Promoter payouts.
