Draft versus published
At the bottom of the second step of the event wizard you have two buttons:- Save as Draft — the event is stored but not live. Nobody outside your team can see it and no tickets can be sold. Come back and finish it whenever.
- Publish — the event goes live and can accept registrations.
Public or link-only
Above the publish buttons is a toggle:Make this event public (Event will be visible on TixFix app.)
Turn it off for private functions, corporate events, member-only shows, or a pre-sale you want to run quietly before general announcement.
Your public event URL
Once published, open the event fromEvents and click View Event to see the attendee-facing page. It shows your cover image, title, host name, venue address, date and time, the About Event description, special instructions, tags, and the Register button.
To share it, click the share icon on the event card. You get a copyable direct link plus buttons for X, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Re-publishing after edits
Edits to a live event take effect as soon as you save them — there is no separate re-publish step. Reach the wizard from the event’s⋯ menu, choose Edit, make your change, and click through Update and Continue.
Taking an event down
There is no unpublish toggle. To stop an event from selling, useCancel Event from the ⋯ menu. See Edit, duplicate, or cancel an event.
